Shipping policy

As we use Australia Post as our primary shipping provider please allow:

• Metro – Approximately up to 2 business days for delivery.
• Country – Approximately up to 5 business days for delivery.
• Interstate Metro – Approximately 3 – 6 days for delivery depending on destination points.

Current Accurate Delivery Times: (Subject to change) 

From WA to NSW: up to 6 business days 

From WA to NT: up to 10 business days 

From WA to QLD: up to 8 business days 

From WA to SA: up to 6 business days 

From WA to Tasmania: ++11 business days 

From WA to Victoria: up to 7 business days 

** As suggested by Australia Post, delays are possible, generally please allow up to 10 working days, as sometimes parcels can be left at warehouses for couple days before moving” **

** Pandemic restrictions may directly affect delivery times should your location be affected by any restrictions **

** Express post is generally between 1 to up to 4 days maximum **

Express Post Fees

Express post is available in our check out on select items:

• • Small Satchel up to 5kg – $14.80
  • Medium Satchel up to 5kg – $19.30
  • Large Satchel up to 5kg – $23.85
  • Extra Large Satchel up to 5kg – $31.85

Satchels will have a maximum of up to 5kg regardless of the weight printed on the satchel.
