HOW IT WORKS

1. Complete your purchase. This represents your DEPOSIT for quilting services on one or more quilts. It is refundable until charges are estimated and approved by you, and work has commenced. Minimum QUILTING charge is $50.00.

2. After purchase is complete, you will have access to downloadable digital file Request form, Please complete request form as best you can, and include in the package with your quilt. Any questions? Just shoot me a message, and I'm more than happy to help.

3. Ship your quilt top, batting and backing fabric, and order form to me - taking care to protect it from weather, and message me at time of shipping, with tracking number, so we can track shipping and anticipate delivery. Once received, it will be safe with me in my smoke-free studio, until quilted and shipped back to you.

4. Upon receipt, I will confirm measurements, E2E quilting design and thread colour and contact you via email to discuss , and respond to any additional questions you may have.

5. When all the details are finalised, I will send you an estimate for the completion of your quilt. Upon your agreement to that estimate, I will begin quilting, and your deposit will become nonrefundable.

6. When your quilt is finished, I will email an invoice to you for the balance of my Longarm quilting service, and once it is received, I will ship your completed quilt to you via Australia Post with the pre paid return postage bag you send with your quilt top, batting and backing.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. Backing should be 8 inches wider and longer than your quilt top (4 inches more on all four sides). If it is pieced, please run the seam horizontally, and press the seam open

2. For best results, press your quilt top well, making sure it is square and lies flat, with measurements across the top, middle, and bottom all being approximately equal. Waves, fullness and puckers on your top may result in less than optimal results. Please mark the top with a safety pin.

3. If you are new to this process, no worries. Just contact me with questions; I am here to help.

Thank you for your interest in my shop! I am excited to begin working with you on your quilt, to finish your labor of love. Let’s get started!
